The Interjurisdictional Job Exchange program is open only to jurisdictions that are members of the Northern Virginia Regional Commission. Participation in the program is with the express authority of the Chief Administrative Officer of that jurisdiction that is advertising a position for exchange and those jurisdictions willing to permit an employee to participate.
