The Northern Virginia Clean Water Partners (NVCWP) represents a partnership between Northern Virginia local governments, schools, independent water and sanitary sewer authorities, businesses, NVRC, and the Virginia Coastal Zone Management Program that have a shared goal to work together to keep residents healthy and safe by reducing pollution that reaches local creeks and rivers.
- The NVCWP conduct an annual Only Rain Down the Drain campaign through tv advertisements, social media, publications, and a website, onlyrain.org, to inform citizens how they can make a difference to improve water quality and source water protection.
