Dialing 2-1-1 in Virginia connects you with an Information and Referral Specialist* in Virginia who helps locate personalized health and human services 24 hours/7 days a week.  Services are free and confidential. Information and Referral Specialists* answer 2-1-1 calls for other areas in most of the United States and Canada.

Local Information
CrisisLink* provides 27 hour/7 days a week access to information by phone. CrisisLink serves the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax City, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas & Manassas Park; and the Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, King George, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.
