  • Health insurance premium and co-pay assistance
  • Housing assistance (HOPWA & Ryan White I-HAP)
  • Medical case management
  • Medical services

FAHASS serves HIV-infected persons living in:
  • City of Fredericksburg
  • Towns of Culpeper, Warrenton, Remington, Orange, Madison and Gordonsville
  • Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford Counties
  • Additional Counties for HOPWA only: Essex; King & Queen; King William; Northumberland; and Westmoreland
